Malaca Delta is an organic project

and sustainable where the solar thermal energy feeds the buildings, the water nourishes the gardens and the mountains protect us.

Ecology is, above all, the protagonist on a larger scale. Rainwater is scarce in Malaga, therefore, Malaca Delta recovers, conserves, treats and reuses it.

Like the sea breeze, the thermal regulating power of the sea and the white of the facades will be our allies to acclimatize homes in a natural way.

Sustainability is much more than a requirement for us, it is the true reason for the project.
